Membership: Liz Holme introduced two new members, Jim Swanson and Quita
Peverly. There are currently 187 members. Liz created a beautiful fall
centerpiece which was won by Barbara Luper. The 50/50 prize, $38.50, was won by
Gerry Galey.

Following
the meeting Kay Howard introduced Julie Trueman who gave a fascinating
Powerpoint presentation entitled Return to Papunya. It detailed
her experiences as a teacher in the Australian Outback in 1972-1973 and her
subsequent return as a visitor. Julie’s talk was enjoyed by all!
